Lemon Vinaigrette

I love salad, but I know why I do – the secret is in the dressing! Dressing from a store is loaded with sugar, and difficult-to-pronounce ingredients. Sometimes you can find a good brand that’s healthier than most, but there’s usually a hefty price. I always prefer to make homemade & fresh anyway. Here’s a refreshing vinaigrette recipe that a neighbor of mine gave to me. I use this one often. I love lemons!! The smell is so wonderful in the kitchen when I make this!

Ingredients:

1 lemon- zest & juice

1 TBSP honey

1 tsp Dijon mustard

1/2 cup olive oil

Grated lemon peel

Whisk all together in a bowl & add pepper, if you want (I like to), and then pour all over the salad. So refreshing & yummy!!
