Cheesy fries

Oh My Goodness!! These are soooo yummy!! They’re so good on the side of a veggie burger or as a snack alone! Serve with ketchup or sour cream to dip into or they’re even good alone!! Enjoy!

Ingredients:

8 Russet potatoes, cut into fry shapes

Vegetable oil to mix fries in, in a big bowl

Seasoned salt, to sprinkle & stir in fries

Nutritional yeast, 2 TBSPNS

1/8 cup shredded italian style cheese

parchment paper

Baking sheet

Directions:

1) Preheat oven to 425°F. Place parchment paper on baking sheet.

2) Cut potatoes into fry shapes. Place in large bowl. By eye: stir in vegetable oil (about 1/8 cup). Sprinkle in seasoned salt (about 1/2 TBSPN) or less (to your liking). Sprinkle in nutritional yeast.

3) With hands stir around. Spread on parchment covered baking sheet. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.

4) Bake on 425°F for 30-35 minutes.

*Serve with favorite condiment or alone.
