I know a lot of people have an intense love of chocolate, but there are days where I dream in chocolate! Today, I had such a craving for silky dark chocolate ganache with a balance of salt, so I decided on a snack of peanuts, gluten free pretzel sticks, apple slices & tangelo slices with a dip of dark bittersweet chocolate ganache. It was exactly what I needed! You can dip just about anything in this ganache or drizzle this over a dessert of some kind. Hope you enjoy!
1 1/2 cups heavy cream or coconut milk
16 ounces dark chocolate
1) Heat heavy cream or coconut milk in a saucepan to boiling. Take off of heat.
2) Stir in chocolate & keep stirring until melted & melded with the cream. It will be shiny & smooth.
