Hi All! 😃 So happy to be posting again! It’s been awhile! My family & I are on a mission to eat healthier & breakfast is one of those times where it gets more and more difficult to come up with delicious AND healthy meals that add variety to our diet. Well, I had seen a variation of this on a social media post & decided to make a version of it. It’s very healthy AND delicious!! Enjoy this breakfast sundae!!
1 Banana, cut in half the long way
2 large scoops of vanilla yogurt
Granola of choice, 1/4 cup (* I like liveGfree Gluten Free Cranberry Cashew Honey granola)
Flaxseed meal, 1 TBSPN
Chopped walnuts, 1 TBSPN
Sliced almonds, 2TBSPNS
Sliced strawberries, 1/2 cup
Frozen wild blueberries, 1/4 cup
– Place in order by ingredients list onto a plate or shallow bowl.
