With my Favorite holiday fast approaching, I am getting very excited with the decor, planning out my Easter meal and preparing Easter baskets for the Easter Bunny to deliver. It will be quite different this year, indeed, but I cannot let that place a dark cloud over my favorite time of the year. I will be making arrangements to Face – time my parents, and my daughter and her boyfriend, as they won’t be able to join us this year. I’m thinking up games that we can still play (as is tradition) and finding ways to “eat dinner together” by Face – timing at the same time. I’m not sure how it’ll work out, but I’m going to try my best to make it happen! Thankfully, my son is still at home & I have my hubby as well! I’ve been wandering around the house adding to my decor every now and then while humming the Easter songs from when the kids were little, smiling at all of the fond memories and smiling at how they, even up til last year, humored me with the annual egg hunt and baskets. I used to love watching how my son & daughter would trade candies from their baskets after the egg hunt! Hahahaha!!! Such fond memories! Here is my Easter Menu & some decor from around our little cottage. Hope you enjoy! Would love to hear about your Easter traditions! What does your menu look like?

Spiral Ham
Vegan Meatloaf
Pioneer Woman’s Potatoes (they’re seriously amazing!)
