Morning Thoughts

Relaxing Detox Bath Recipe for Inner Peace and Relaxation (to follow)…

In the stillness of the morning, I hear distant chirps from the birds and silence before the world awakes. I am at peace. I do my morning stretches and think of what my day will bring. I ask myself and the Universe, “How can I make the most of my day?” The answer is always,

“Do what is right for you. Do everything with intention. Accomplish only what needs to be done and do not stress over the little things.” Thank you Universe.

Some days I seem to forget what this Mantra, this answer, says to me. I try to remind myself what I need to do as much as I can. Asking the Universe, your self, God, any higher power you believe in, what you need for the day or what you need to do, for help, the answers will come. You need to listen. Fade out the noises of the world & hear only the echoes of nature, the quiet of the world, and ask. Wait patiently for the answer & it will come.

I Hope you are able to fill your days with peaceful interactions and a deep connection with nature & yourself & receive the answers you are longing to hear. Have a Peaceful and Happy day.

In the evenings, I like to relax with a detoxifying hot bath. It’s a nice finish to a lovely day.

Recipe for a Detox bath:

Warm water (as warm as you can bear)

1/8 cup Epsom salts

Optional: Calming essential oil of choice, a few drops

Directions:

Fill tub to slightly more than half with the warm/hot water & soak for about 15 minutes. Pat dry.

Notes: Be careful not to have the bath so hot that you burn yourself, but warm/hot enough to relax. Make sure to let go of stressful thoughts & relax with candles lit around you (safely) with a scent you love or unscented & soft calming music or no sounds at all. Make this time for you! Enjoy! You deserve it!!

Thank you for posting! I feel it’s important to connect with the universe and let it guide my path. The bath sounds relaxing. I don’t usually make time for baths, but it just might be time for one tonight! 😁
