So excited to see the bounty from the garden: 3 different types of kale, mustard greens, collard greens, tons of herbs (not all photographed) like: lemon balm (pictured), chamomile flowers, chives, dill, thyme, parsley, basil, oregano & many more herbs), and yellow/orange cherry tomatoes as well as some green leaf lettuce. At this time of year, we’re still picking raspberries & blueberries, and the blackberries are getting prepared to harvest. The mulberries are nearing the end of their season, however. I can’t wait to begin picking peppers! The carrots are delicious, as always. I just love to roast carrots with olive oil, salt & a tiny bit of brown sugar!! It makes me so happy to see a garden flourish! What are you growing in your gardens?
