Tomato Season

I’m always trying out new recipes for my cookbook and lately tomatoes have been on my mind. I’ve been harvesting tons of grape tomatoes daily! So, I’m turning the tables around & looking for some suggestions for using them in new recipes. What would you like to see for this beautiful fruit? Maybe I’ll try one of your suggestions & even post it soon! 🙂
