Another Smoothie recipe for you! Hope you enjoy!
1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries
1 banana, cut in coins, frozen
1 cup almond milk
4 oz. Plain vegan yogurt
1 tspn vanilla extract
Directions:
1) Cut banana into coins & freeze for at least 3 hours before or overnight.
2) Place all ingredients in high speed blender. Add more non dairy milk if it’s too thick.
I tripled the amount of almond milk, and left the banana whole this time as well as added the *frozen whipped topping to this mix to make it feel dessert-y. Yummm!!! Enjoy!!
* Optional: To make it feel dessert-like, put in blender 1 cup of frozen whipped topping & blend with other ingredients.
